August 8, 2007, Styles brought the famous Hollywood DJ Steve Aoki here in Manila! I have no idea who he was until that night came. My super friends MK, Uff and Mari went to the Fort to check this gig. Then there at Embassy club we heard him spin for the first time. He did- Electro/Pop/Old Skool Rock/Nu-wave Mixes and made everyone gone wild including myself. He was soooo great! Each song he played has moved us all to dance.dance.dance! It doesn't matter if were familiar with the song or not or he's just trying to educate us... bottom line is... It was a super fun night!!!

And last December 12, Steve made his comeback in MANILA and rocked the Embassy club for the second time... but what made it more special??? - Cory Kennedy!!!!
Before Steve started his set (just like what he'd done on his first visit), he spent half an hour mingling with everyone in main area. Well, this is an oppotunity to talk to him, take pictures, and ask him sign... whatever stuff you have.

Cory was so nice... She smiled the whole time... took pictures, get along with newly found friends, tried to reach everyone's hand, grabbed the mic and sung some lines... a real party goddess... so friendly... very down to earth..

It was already 4:00am when Steve ended his set... then DJ Mark replaced him on the decks. Few minutes later Steve was nowhere to be seen. Then a friend told us that Steve was in the Cafeteria... OK! then we rushed to the Caf' and yup... Steve was there! Yeah, the night wasn't over yet... We sat for awhile and started to chat and just relax... and our guy Steve passed our table... i said Hi and he did respond (of course!)... "Hey! Whoo Hooo!"... and left the place... and then after a while he came back again... these pics came to life!

Okay, the sun was about to rise... the party was really over... again, for the second time, Steve never failed us! It's a hell of a night... the best party! Woo hoo! Were looking forward to his return. I know he'll comeback... and we'll be there again!!! So long Steve! Cory! See yah soon! : )
